Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced “jin-shin-jitsu”) is a little-known healing art which offers simple, gentle and yet powerful ways to support our body, heart and mind.
Each time we practice this remarkable healing art, we give our system an opportunity to release stress and and distress and restore life-energy. We grow in self-awareness and bring ourself back into balance.
This class will introduce you to Jin Shin Jyutsu and give you the opportunity to experience for yourself its gentle self-healing practices. While you are lying down or sitting comfortably, you will be guided through giving yourself a gentle and replenishing healing treatment.
Whether it’s tiredness, aches and pains, the aftermath of medical treatment… and/or mental/emotional struggles, this class could ease your difficulties and uplift you.
Further, you will gain a “toolkit” that you can take away and use on your own each day to support yourself.
With regular practice, you can boost your energy levels,
clear the effects of stress and and distress, and support natural good health at every level.
